Cleaning: Dirty bird feeders spread disease. We recommend cleaning your feeders weekly, or monthly at a minimum. Clean your feeders outdoors with a large bucket, and always wear gloves when cleaning. Soak your feeder in a 9:1 solution of water and bleach for 15 minutes. Then use a bird feeder brush to scrub the feeder with dish soap and water. Refill when completely dry.
2 Year Manufacturing Warranty: Register your product online here. Once you register, the Forever Promise covers all feeders, accessories and components from manufacturing and materials defects for 2 years or 24 months from date of purchase. Droll Yankees will repair or replace, at its discretion, any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge. The Forever Promise does not cover damage through normal wear and tear, weather, or bear, raccoon or other animal damage.
Lifetime Squirrel-Damage Warranty: If your feeder is badly damaged by squirrels, to the extent that the effectiveness of the feeder is compromised, The Forever Promise also includes a lifetime warranty against squirrel-damage on all our products.

I cannot get the feeder to stay stuck to the window. I even ordered new suction cups from you, but it still falls down. I cleaned the window with alcohol. Is there some trick I don't know? Any suggestions short of super glue will be appreciated. I'd like to give it five starts. I love all my other Droll Yankee feeders.
Hi Karen, Thank you for reaching out about your Droll Yankees Observer Window Bird Feeder. We are sorry to hear you are having some trouble getting the suction cups to stick to your window. It sounds like you are doing great with making sure the window is clean first. The next thing you will want to do is get the suction cups wet and then stick them to the clean window. The water creates the suction between the suction cup and the window. That should solve your problem. Should you have any other questions, comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service team at 1=800-352-9164. They are available Monday - Friday 7am to 4:30pm EST and any of our representative would be happy to assist you. Thank you for flying with our flock!
The suction cups are too large to fit into the slots. Is there some special way to insert them? Not flexible enough to narrow them down to fit the slots.

I like this but it is very awkward to fill. To clean I have to remove the whole thing. Should have thought of that.

Love this feeder! Bringing the birds up close and personal is such a delight, and I find my dog observing them with great curiosity. Observing these tiny wonders has brought such joy and peace.
We enjoy this window feeder and I found at our local (wiscoy) store a screen to attach to the inside of the window so the birds cannot see us and fly away.
