The following policy only applies to items purchased on morebirds.com. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original location of purchase.
Return items must be unused and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we can only refund return shipping costs if we ship you the wrong item, if your item arrived damaged, or if your item has a manufacturing defect. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
