Return Policy

The following policy only applies to items purchased on morebirds.com. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original location of purchase.

Return items must be unused and in original packaging. To send us your return items, please use the prepaid shipping label emailed to you. Unfortunately, we can only refund return shipping costs if we ship you the wrong item, if your item arrived damaged, or if your item has a manufacturing defect.

Requesting an exchange? Please use the prepaid shipping label emailed to you when sending us your exchange items, then place a new order on our website for the replacement item.

How to Get Started with a Return

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive via email.
  4. Send us your items using the label provided.
