Taking care of our customers is our #1 priority and we want to get your package to you as quickly as possible. If shipping via UPS, most in-stock orders placed by 12pm EST on business days will be shipped out the next day. Orders shipped via USPS will be shipped out the following business day. We are currently experiencing higher than normal order volume and your order may be delayed up to 7 days. After leaving our facility, arrival time depends on your location. Please refer to the shipping map to get a general idea of transit time from our warehouse to your location.
Morebirds.com ships to anywhere in the United States. If you live in Canada, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-352-9164 to place your order over the phone.
Morebirds.com does not ship to APO addresses.
Currently Morebirds.com does not accept orders for items on backorder. However, if an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page and we will email you when the item you are interested in becomes available.
Morebirds.com does not ship during weekends or holidays. All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 2 business days.
Estimated order delivery dates for each method are provided by the carrier in the Shopping Cart. We do our best to estimate the date in which you will receive your order but by no means guarantee shipment. Your order may arrive at an earlier or later date based on different factors such as (but not limited to): product availability in our warehouse, extreme weather conditions and factors outside our control.
Morebirds.com ships to PO Box addresses. Please select USPS as your carrier, or the free shipping option if your order qualifies for free shipping. UPS cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The email will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
