Cleaning: Dirty feeders spread disease. We recommend disinfecting your nectar feeders every three to five days, or more frequently if you notice your nectar has become cloudy. Soak all parts in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Use a bird feeder brush to brush away grime inside the feeder.
Liked the angles and effectiveness but feel length of wand could be longer to use on other feeders.

I really like this brisk & it’s curve is great for eliminating the mold that springs up in the narrow neck of some of my feeders. It also cleans the plastic nectar trays well. However the brush stinks although it doesn’t appear to impart its smell to the feeders. Hopefully the tar like smell of the bristles will eventually disappear.
Hi Wendy, We're so glad to hear you are enjoying your HummerPlus Brush! Thank you for bringing the issue of the unpleasant scent to our attention. You may want to try washing the brush with dish soap to see if that gets rid of the scent. We hope this information helps!
This brush cleans the hummingbird feeders so well. The shape, the size are just perfect. This is my second one and I have given them as gifts. If you have hummingbird feeders, you need this brush.
