This feeder is the best! I%E2%80%99ve been feeding hummingbirds for 20+ years- and I have finally found my favorite. Large capacity%3B easy to fill and even easier to CLEAN. There are many feeders on the market and many are beautiful%2C but with the narrow neck they are hard to keep clean. This feeder has a wide mouth making cleaning easy and thorough. %0D%0AIf I had two suggestions for improvement they would be a slightly larger ant moat (I live in sunny CA and the water evaporates very quickly in the summer heat)%3B and the other suggestion for improvement would be a stronger hook. Other than that I give it 5 stars and I own 4 of them!
I and the hummers have enjoyed this feeder for a number of years. This past August a cat attempted to catch the birds and instead got the feeder causing it to fall and break both the feeder top and ant guard. Oddly the glass jar was unscathed. Can I purchase replacement parts for the feeder? I don't see them on your site. Thanks

Bought two of these at the beginning of this year. They are well made and easy to clean...,BUT , they leak!
Hello George, Thank you for contacting More Birds. It is normal for a little bit of nectar to spill out when filling and hanging the feeder, or when it is tilted. I find it helpful to fill the feeder upside-down and then flip it right-side-up once outside. When the bottle is tightly secured to the base and the feeder is turned upright quickly to create a vacuum, it should not leak after the feeder is hung. If you still experience leaks from your hummingbird feeder, it is very possible that your feeder has a crack. Check for any cracks on both the feeder and feeding ports. Additionally, placing your feeder in direct sunlight can cause leakage because the sunlight will expand the plastic. It is recommended to place your feeder in partial sunlight. If you have any additional questions about leaks coming from your hummingbird feeder, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-352-9164 or email us at consumerservices@classicbrands.net and any one of our Customer Service Reps will be happy to assist you.
